General Motors Marks World Debut Of Six All-New 2005 Vehicles At Chicago Auto Show Page: [1] DETROIT -- General Motors will stage the world debut of six all-new 2005 vehicles spread among its Buick, Chevrolet and Pontiac - GMC divisions at the Chicago Auto Show. The corporation continues to revitalize its brands with compelling new products. GM's show exhibit will feature the all-new Buick LaCrosse premium sedan; the Chevrolet Uplander and Pontiac Montana SV6 crossover sport vans; the premium GMC Envoy Denali, Envoy XL Denali and Sierra Crew Cab Denali; and the Pontiac Vibe with its mid-cycle enhancement. "These important introductions build on GM's promise to introduce 28 new vehicles in 2004," said Gary L. Cowger, president of GM North America. These vehicles are the latest in a series of auto show introductions that GM began in December at the Los Angeles auto show with the Chevrolet Cobalt compact coupe and sedan, the Saab 9-2X premium sports compact car, the Buick Terraza and Saturn Relay crossover sport vans and the HUMMER H3T midsize concept truck. After the L.A. show, GM used the North American International Auto Show as its platform for introducing several more vehicles: the 2005 Chevrolet Corvette, the 2006 Pontiac Solstice roadster, the 2005 Pontiac G6 sports sedan, the racing version of the 2004 Cadillac CTS-V and the Saturn Curve and Chevy Nomad concept cars.
